It is strongly recommended that you opt for the delivery
confirmation with tracking number when shipping your
return. Understandably, if your return does not reach
us, we will be unable to process your refund. We are not
responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, miss
delivered, etc. Original and return shipping expenses
are nonrefundable.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the original
order date.
Canceling or Changing Your Order:
If your order has not yet been processed and dispatched
for shipment (which is usually within 30 minutes from
time of order,) we will be more than happy to cancel it.
Otherwise your order may be returned as per our Return
Policy.
General Policy
As with any business and as you can understand, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misrouted, miss-delivered and/or damaged orders as we cannot control what happens to your order once it leaves us and enters the parcel mailing system.
To get your order to you faster and should there be a backorder on any one gallon jugs, we reserve the right to send 4-32oz bottles in its place.
So that you can enjoy your order sooner and should a scent be on backorder, you can at any time substitute a different scent for it. However and should you prefer to wait until that specific scent it is back in stock and ready to ship, there will be no consideration of any type on any backorder as you always have the option to get a substitute right away.
